1st STEPこころのクリニックと1st STEPカウンセリングセンターの共同プログラムとして、「おかあさんサポートグループ」を開始いたします。

お子さんへの接し方や困りごとへの工夫の仕方を一緒に学んだり、おかあさん同士で気軽にお話できるグループです。1クール6回で、毎回同じメンバーで行います。お子さんとの接し方についてワークを通して考えたり、おかあさん同士の交流を目的としたグループです。先生に相談するほどのことじゃないけれど、ちょっと聞いてみたいことが聞ける場所、不安な時に安心してお話しできる場所になれれば良いなと思っています。参加ご希望の方は、下記URLよりお申し込みください。

2 0 2 4年1 0月1日から、心理士による心理サービスは、1 s t  STEPカウンセリングセンターとしてスタートします。スタートに伴い、下記変更となります。

1.医師の診察と心理士によるサービスを同日にお受けいただくことが可能です。

2.お支払い方法は、キャッシュレス決済(Square)となります。

決済方法変更に伴い、料金の改定がございます（税込表記）。

心理サービスをご利用中の方へは、別途詳細をご案内させていただきます。今まで以上に患者様に質の高いサービスを提供するべく、スタッフ一同努力してまいります。何卒ご理解ご協力の程、よろしくお願いいたします。ご不明な点がございましたらスタッフまでお問合せください。

 

Over the past 3 years, counseling, consultation and assessment services by psychologists were provided as part of the 1st STEP Kokoro no Clinic services. Starting from October 1, 2024, services provided by psychologists will start as a new counseling center. We are pleased to announce that 1st STEP Counseling Center will start its services alongside the clinic. 

The main reason for this change is to allow for clients to access both services by psychiatrists and psychologists flexibly. There will not be any changes in location, staff or types of services provided. However, there will be a revised hourly fee and changes to payment method. 

・All payments will be payable by credit card and other online payment forms using the SQUARE system. Bank transfer or cash payments will no longer be available.

・There fees will be revised to cover the increasing costs of running expenses and for the implementation of credit card payment services. The following are the revised fees：

2024年9月より、英語対応および多文化対応の再診予約料を新設いたします。

英語対応および多文化対応とは、 英語と多文化サポートが必要な患者様への対応です。日本人の患者様で、ご本人がインターナショナルスクールに在学している場合、ご両親の両方あるいはどちらかが英語を話す場合、精神科医による多文化サポートを必要とする可能性がある場合、英語を使用する職場である場合のサポートを含みます。ご自身が英語対応および多文化対応かどうか迷われる方は、スタッフにお問い合わせください。

再診予約料：5,500円/15分→英語対応および多文化対応再診：6,600円/15分

・予約料は厚生局から許可を得て実施しており、混合診療扱いとはなりません。・予約日の2日前16時まで*はキャンセル可能です。それ以降になりますと、予約料の6,600円をキャンセル料としてお支払いいただきます。キャンセルは必ずお電話・FAX、又はメールでお知らせください。・「具合が悪い・体調不良」が理由のキャンセルについても、医師の診断書がない限りは同様の取り扱いとさせていただきますのでご了承ください。*例：予約日が11月10日であった場合、キャンセルは11月8日の16時までとなります。

Starting September 2024, we will reintroduce an "English and Multicultural Support Follow-up Appointment Reservation Fee".

This is for patients requiring English and multicultural support. It includes patients who are Japanese but would potentially require the psychiatrist to provide multicultural support. This also includes support to English speaking parents, international school teachers or employers. Please note that “Follow-up Appointment Reservation Fee” will be replaced by “English and Multicultural Support Follow-up Appointment Reservation Fee”. If you are unsure whether you require English or multicultural support, please feel free to inquire with our staff.

〇　English and Multicultural Support Follow-up Appointment Reservation Fee：6,600yen/15 min

・This Follow-up appointment fee has been approved by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.・Cancellations are possible until 16:00,  2 days prior to the appointment date*. After this time, a cancellation 20fee of 6,600yen will be applied. Please notify the clinic of cancellations by sending us an email to info@1st-step.org・Cancellation due to illness or poor health will be subjected to the same rules, unless a doctor’s note is provided.・*Example: If the reservation date is November 10, cancellation must be made by November 8, 16:00.
