2024年9月より、英語対応および多文化対応の再診予約料を新設いたします。

英語対応および多文化対応とは、 英語と多文化サポートが必要な患者様への対応です。日本人の患者様で、ご本人がインターナショナルスクールに在学している場合、ご両親の両方あるいはどちらかが英語を話す場合、精神科医による多文化サポートを必要とする可能性がある場合、英語を使用する職場である場合のサポートを含みます。ご自身が英語対応および多文化対応かどうか迷われる方は、スタッフにお問い合わせください。

再診予約料：5,500円/15分→英語対応および多文化対応再診：6,600円/15分

・予約料は厚生局から許可を得て実施しており、混合診療扱いとはなりません。・予約日の2日前16時まで*はキャンセル可能です。それ以降になりますと、予約料の6,600円をキャンセル料としてお支払いいただきます。キャンセルは必ずお電話・FAX、又はメールでお知らせください。・「具合が悪い・体調不良」が理由のキャンセルについても、医師の診断書がない限りは同様の取り扱いとさせていただきますのでご了承ください。*例：予約日が11月10日であった場合、キャンセルは11月8日の16時までとなります。

Starting September 2024, we will reintroduce an "English and Multicultural Support Follow-up Appointment Reservation Fee".

This is for patients requiring English and multicultural support. It includes patients who are Japanese but would potentially require the psychiatrist to provide multicultural support. This also includes support to English speaking parents, international school teachers or employers. Please note that “Follow-up Appointment Reservation Fee” will be replaced by “English and Multicultural Support Follow-up Appointment Reservation Fee”. If you are unsure whether you require English or multicultural support, please feel free to inquire with our staff.

〇　English and Multicultural Support Follow-up Appointment Reservation Fee：6,600yen/15 min

・This Follow-up appointment fee has been approved by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.・Cancellations are possible until 16:00,  2 days prior to the appointment date*. After this time, a cancellation 20fee of 6,600yen will be applied. Please notify the clinic of cancellations by sending us an email to info@1st-step.org・Cancellation due to illness or poor health will be subjected to the same rules, unless a doctor’s note is provided.・*Example: If the reservation date is November 10, cancellation must be made by November 8, 16:00.
